Basic Information:
Please read the following Terms and Conditions of Use carefully before using the website.
Your acceptance of these terms is an essential condition for the use of the search engine of the Dubistock Website. These terms are considered a legal agreement between you and Dubistock, inc. (Later "Dubistock"). By accessing any service or any part within the scope of the search engine of Dubistock, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement as a whole. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions contained here, do not access or use this Site.
Dubistock preserves the right to change these Terms at any time without any prior verbal or written notice, and you are deemed to have accepted such changes.
Your continued access or use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes. Please regularly check the "Terms of Use" link on the home page of Dubistock.com to view the latest terms.
If you breach any of the Terms of Use, your license to access or use this Site shall automatically terminate.
- 1. Intellectual Property
This website and management are owned by Barazi International, FZC. All contents of this website are the property of Barazi International, FZC or its partners and shareholders.
The images and their materials are protected by copyright laws, intellectual property laws and rules of international treaties.
Except as expressly provided herein or in the next clause "Authorized Use", Dubistock does not grant any express or implied permission to use the Contents of the website. You agree not to copy, republish, frame, link to, download, transmit, transfer, modify, or reverse the engineering of the Site or any of its contents.
In addition, you agree not to use any information derived from the database or any similar data, nor any of the extraction methods in connection with the website or its contents.
In case of your noncompliance with any of the terms and conditions of this agreement, the license mentioned in this agreement is automatically terminated without prior notice from Dubistock, upon which you shall have to destroy all material that you have obtained from the Site and related copies and documents.]
- 2. Authorized Use
Any content that is downloaded by you from this site, including (for example, but not limited to) any files or images included in or extracted from the site, and the associated data (collectively "The Content"), is considered licensed to you by Dubistock.
Moreover, your use of that Content or any intellectual property rights therein depends on your acceptance of Dubistock End-User Licensing Agreement (EULA) and any related licensing agreements.
Certain Content will only be made available to users who pay Dubistock a fee for such Content and/or enter into a subscription agreement or other use agreement for that particular Content. Unless you enter into a subscription agreement with Dubistock you may not download, distribute, display or copy any Content from the site.

Dubistock provides links to third party websites that may be useful to you. However, in this context must know that Dubistock does not guarantee any link or site secretly or openly, nor does it assume any responsibility for any content or exercise by the third team or its sites, as such sites are not under the control of Dubistock, which gives license to these sites just to meet your needs, without adopting or approving such exercise in any way. Therefore, your use of these sites will be at your own risk, in all circumstances and conditions.

The services and contents included in the by Dubistock - provided that the instructions of use are observed – are provided as they are, without express, implicit or legal guarantee or warranty of any kind, in any case.
Dubistock guarantees that the image (s) are free from defects in the material itself or in human modifications in them through normal use for a period of thirty days as from the date of your upload of the image or receiving it. Dubistock also guarantees that any error in services within the site, "including the server breakdowns," will be repaired as soon as possible.
With the exception of the above, the image(s) are offered "as they are," without any kind of warranty, whether explicit or implicit, including - for example but not limited to - ensuring fitness for a particular purpose or for promotion, so Dubistock does not guarantee that the image(s) will meet your needs, will be used continuously, or will be free of errors. Therefore, the entire risk as to the quality and performance of the image(s) is your responsibility. You (not Dubistock, the authorized employee or the user of another computer) shall bear the full cost of the necessary repair for any image(s) that have a glitch.
Some countries do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exception may not apply to you. You have certain rights under this warranty, and you may have others, but they vary from one country to another.
5 - You acknowledge, warrant and undertake the following:
A. That you are at least 18 years of age, and you have the right to participate in this agreement.
B. That you will not use the images in a manner not permitted by this Agreement or any other relevant licensing agreements.
C. That your use of images will not violate any rights, including - for example but not limited to - copyright, intellectual property rights, trademark, privacy, any applicable law, the Constitution of any country, state or other government institutions, or any third party.
D. That the information you supplied to Dubistock is accurate and real, including, for example, all credit card information.
E. Not to commit any behavior or conduct that would constitute a breach of any term or condition of use of Dubistock site, and not to violate any applicable terms or regulations relating to the use or access of the site, or engage in any activity prohibited by the Terms of Use.
F. Not to violate the rights of Dubistock or any third party (including the right of privacy and publicity), misuse, denigrate, harass or bother other users constantly.
G. To agree to keep all passwords related to your account on Dubistock fully confidential, and not to disclose or participate in the disclosure of any password or login information to any other user or any third party other than as set forth in this document.
- In the event of breach of any clause of this item we shall be entitled to:
1 - Terminate this Agreement immediately and notify you.
2 - Retain all payments made in accordance with this Agreement.
3 - Take any legal action or claim for damages.
6 - Compensation Restrictions:
A. Cancellation / Expiration: In the event this agreement does not end, but the subscription period or expiry date is canceled, you can continue using the images that you have downloaded from the date of cancellation or expiry of validity, on condition that such use is compatible with the Convention or with any other relevant conventions.
B. No material damage: Dubistock shall not be, under any circumstances, liable to you for any damages that you may be exposed to, including any lost profits, revenues or savings, or other special, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the image(s), even if Dubistock or its authorized distributor is informed about the possibility of the occurrence of such damages, or any claim by any other party.
Some countries do not allow the limitations or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above-mentioned limitation or exception may not apply to you.
7 – Defense and Indemnification
You agree here to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Dubistock, subscribers, agents, employees, third party services and information providers, and shareholders, against any allegations, injury, legal responsibility, and all claims, liabilities , costs, losses, damages or expenses (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses arising out of the violation of the above instructions due to erratic conduct in your performance, your misuse or inability to use Dubistock website, your breach or alleged breach of the Website Instructions of Use, or of any representation or warranty contained herein, your unauthorized use of the Dubistock Images, or your violation of any reserved or maintained rights.
8 - Use
Dubistock reserves the right to change and modify the prices or subscription plan, balances and load sizes, without notifying you in advance. Yet, Dubistock always seeks to notify you of any imminent changes in prices.
A. Subscription plans
1. You cannot upgrade or reduce subscription plans after loading the first image.
2. There will be no extension of the subscription period if you fail to load any image due to problems with the Internet connection, but Dubistock will fully compensate for the "lost days" just in case it is impossible to access the server search engine of Dubistock worldwide ( system stops ) for a period of eight hours or more.
3. The images whose license has already been bought will not be available for download after the end of the subscription period.
B. Balance Plans
1. Purchased Balance Plans cannot be reduced but can be upgraded.
2. The purchased Balance expiry period is a Gregorian year from the date of purchase.
3. Downloads of images for balance plans will be available for a period of twelve months from the date of the first download.
9 – Judiciary
Previous and subsequent clauses as a whole constitute the entire agreement between you and Dubistock. This agreement is governed by laws, and will be applied or interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and Dubai Courts. You agree, under this clause, to the judicial power of the courts of Dubai.
All negative acts, differences and disputes arising out of this Agreement or related to it will be heard in court and determined exclusively in the courts of Dubai, and not in any other place.
You agree that the lawsuit service in any difference, quarrel or dispute concerning the Instructions for Use can be shown by sending an e-mail or the like on that topic, and this letter shall be registered or certified, and transmission wages be paid to the other party.
In this matter nothing will affect the course of the lawsuit in any manner or method licensed by law. This Agreement shall not be construed in favor of or against any of the two parties, but in line with the method agreed on this subject.
When any provision of this Agreement becomes null or cancelled for any reason whatsoever, this does not affect any other item or the validity of the rest of the items, and the remainder of the agreement will be interpreted as to give the closest result to the objectives of the parties.
Dubistock's failure to implement one of the terms of this agreement shall not be considered an exemption from the implementation of this item in future or from performing any other item. The interpretation and implementation of this Convention is subject to the provisions of international treaties and other applicable laws.
10 - Legal fees:
When Dubistock resorts to the judiciary to establish one of its rights or to collect any fees, and succeeds in this, then you agree to pay the legal fees, costs and expenses spent by Dubistock.
11 - Referral:
You may not refer or transfer the rights granted to you in this agreement to any other person without our prior written consent.
12 – Restriction or Termination of use
Dubistock can set, or restrict, or even terminate, the permissions required to access the entire site or content or part of them, at any time it deems this procedure necessary, without constraint, prior notice, or being indebted to you.
13 - Privacy Policy
We do not sell, share or rent your personal information to any third party, but we use it only as described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated in these Terms and Conditions by reference. You can review our privacy policy here:

Through your continued use of the Site, you are considered to have agreed to the Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the use of your information as described in our own Privacy Policy, please cease and desist from the use of the service (s) provided by the search engine of Dubistock.
We reserve the right, and you agree - by your continued use of the service (s) available in Dubistock search engine - to allow Dubistock to use the logo of your Site to promote its own search engine.
14 - Full Compliance with the Agreement:
You acknowledge that you have read and understood this agreement and agree to abide by its articles and conditions. You also agree to all these items as the sole and exclusive agreement between you and Dubistock, which nullifies any prior proposal or agreement, whether oral or in writing, and any other correspondence between you and Dubistock that has to do with the subject of this Convention. The explanations of FAQ, other explanations and interpretations and the content provided in the Dubistock Site search engine, are for your information only, and should not be construed as part of this agreement.
This agreement has originally been written in Arabic and later translated into other languages. The accuracy of subsequent translations cannot be guaranteed. In the event of inconsistency between the English version and another language version, the Arabic version has priority.

شروط استخدام دوبيستوك

يرجى قراءة بنود وشروط الاستخدام التالية بدقة قبل استخدام الموقع.
إنّ قبولك بهذه البنود هو شرط أساسي لاستخدام محرك بحث موقع دوبيستوك الالكتروني، وتعتبر هذه البنود بمثابة اتفاق قانوني بينك وبين دوبيستوك المحدودة (فيما بعد "دوبيستوك") ، فبدخولك لأي خدمة أو أي جزء ضمن مجال محرك بحث دوبيستوك، تكون قد وافقت على الالتزام ببنود هذه الاتفاقية بالكامل، أما إذا كنت غير موافق على البنود والشروط المضمّنة هنا، فلا تدخل أو تستخدم الموقع.
كما تحتفظ دوبيستوك بحق تغيير هذه الشروط في أي وقت دون أي إعلامٍ شفهيٍ أو مكتوبٍ مسبقاً، وأنت موافق على الالتزام بهذه التغييرات، ومتابعة استخدامك للموقع بعد هذه التغيرات يعني قبولك بها، لذا يرجى مراجعة رابط "شروط الاستخدام" دائماً على الصفحة الرئيسية للموقع لمعرفة الشروط الأخيرة.
إذا خرقت أياً من بنود وشروط الاستخدام فإن رخصتك بالدخول إلى الموقع سوف تلغى.
1 – الملكية
تعود ملكية هذا الموقع وإدارته إلى شركة (برازي إنترناشيونال (FZC. جميع محتويات موقع الويب هذا هي ملك شركة (برازي إنترناشيونال FZC) أوشركائها والمساهمين فيها، والصور وموادها محمية بموجب قوانين النشر الدولية وقوانين الملكية الفكرية وأحكام المعاهدات الدولية.
لا يمنح "دوبيستوك" أي إذن أو موافقة علنية أو ضمنية لاستخدام محتويات الموقع فيما عدا ما هو محدد لاحقاً ضمن الفقرة القادمة "الاستخدام المصرح به"، وأنت توافق على ألا تنسخ أو تعيد نشر أو هيكلة أو تربط أوتحمّل أو ترسل أو تنقل أو تعدّل أو تعكس هندسة الموقع أو أي من محتوياته. بالإضافة إلى موافقتك على عدم استخدام أي معلومات مستخرجة من قاعدة البيانات أو أي بيانات مشابهة ولا أي طريقة من طرق الاستخلاص الخاصة التي لها علاقة بالموقع أو محتوياته.
و في حال عدم التزامك بأي شرط من شروط هذه الاتفاقية ، يتم إنهاء الترخيص الوارد في هذه الاتفاقية تلقائياً ودون سابق إنذار من طرف دوبيستوك، ويتوجب عليك حينها إتلاف جميع المواد التي حصلت عليها من الموقع والنسخ والوثائق ذات الصلة.
كما تحتفظ دوبيستوك دوماً بالحق في إيقاف هذا الموقع دون إشعار مسبق.
2 – الاستخدام المصرّح به
يعتبر أي محتوى يتم تحميله من قبلك من هذا الموقع شاملاً (على سبيل المثال لا الحصر) أي ملفات أوصور أدرجت فيه أو تم استخلاصها من الموقع، والبيانات المصاحبة لها (إجمالا "المحتوى") ، مرخصاً لك من قبل دوبيستوك. كما يعتمد استخدامك لذلك المحتوى أو لأي من حقوق الملكية الفكرية فيه على قبولك لاتفاقية دوبيستوك لترخيص المستخدم النهائي (EULA) ولأي اتفاقيات ترخيص ذات صلة.
تكون أغلب محتويات الموقع متاحة للمستخدمين الذين يدفعون رسوم ترخيص استخدامها لدوبيستوك، أويدخلون ضمن اتفاقية اشتراك مع دوبيستوك من أجل محتويات معينة. أما إذا لم تدخل في اتفاقية اشتراك مع دوبيستوك فلن يكون بإمكانك تحميل أو عرض أو نسخ أي محتوى في الموقع.
ولا يمكن لأي شخص "بدون علم دوبيستوك" إزالة العلامة المائية للصور أو الملاحظة الخاصة بحق النشر التي يتضمنها أي محتوى، حيث إنك ستحصل على صور مرخصة للاستخدام بدون علامة مائية عند شراء ترخيصها من خلال اشتراكك في الموقع.
3 – روابط إلى مواقع الطرف الثالث
توفر دوبيستوك روابط لمواقع طرف ثالث قد تكون مفيدة لك، لكن في هذا السياق لابد أن تعلم بأن دوبيستوك لاتضمن أي رابط أو موقع بشكل سري أوعلني، أو تتحمل أية مسؤولية عن أي محتوى أو ممارسة من قبل الفريق الثالث أومواقعه، حيث إن مثل هذه المواقع لا تقع تحت سيطرة أو تحكم دوبيستوك التي تعطي ترخيصاً لهذه المواقع فقط لتلبية حاجاتك، دون أن تتبناه او تصادقه بأي شكل من الأشكال، لذا فإن استخدامك لهذه المواقع سيكون تحت مسؤوليتك الكاملة وفي كل الظروف والأحوال.
4 – ضمان محدود
إن الموقع بما فيه من خدمات ومحتويات مضمّنة من قبل دوبيستوك - بشرط الالتزام بتعليمات الاستخدام- تقدّم كما هي بدون ضمانة أو كفالة من أي نوع لا علناً ولا ضمناً ولا قانونياً ولا في أي حال من الأحوال.
دوبيستوك تكفل أن تكون الصورة (الصور) خالية من العيوب في المواد نفسها أوالتعديلات البشرية عليها من خلال الاستخدام العادي لمدة ثلاثين يوماً من تاريخ تحميلك للصورة أو تلقيها، كما تضمن أن أي خطأ في الخدمات ضمن الموقع "بما فيه توقف الخادم" سيتم إصلاحه بأسرع وقت ممكن.
باستثناء ما تقدم أعلاه، فإن الصورة (الصور) تقدم "كماهي" دون أي نوع من الضمان، سواء أكان ضماناً صريحاً أو غير صريح، بما في ذلك- على سبيل المثال لا الحصر- ضمان الصلاحية لغرض معين أو للترويج، بحيث لاتضمن دوبيستوك بأن الصورة (الصور) ستلبي احتياجاتك أو أن يكون استخدامها مستمراً أو أن يكون استخدامها خالياً من الأخطاء. ولهذا فإن المجازفة بكاملها فيما يتعلق بجودة وأداء الصورة (الصور) هي مسؤوليتك، فالصورة (الصور) التي يظهر فيها خلل، تتحمل أنت (وليس دوبيستوك أوالموظف المخول أو مستخدم كومبيوتر آخر) كامل تكاليف خدمات الإصلاح اللازمة لها.
بعض الدول لا تسمح باستبعاد الضمانات الضمنية، لذلك قد لا ينطبق الاستثناء اعلاه عليك. فلديك حقوق معينة بموجب هذا الضمان، وقد يكون لديك غيرها، ولكنها تختلف من دولة إلى أخرى.
5 – أنت تقر وتضمن وتتعهد بما يلي :
أ. أن لا يقل عمرك عن 18 سنة، ولديك الحق بالمشاركة في هذا الاتفاق.
ب. أن لا تستخدم الصور بطريقة لا يسمح بها هذا الاتفاق أو أية اتفاقيات ترخيص أخرى ذات صلة.
ج . أن لا ينتهك استخدامك للصور أية حقوق، بما فيها- على سبيل المثال لا الحصر- حقوق النشر، حقوق الملكية الفكرية، العلامة التجارية، الخصوصية، أو أي قانون مطبق أو دستور أي بلد أو دولة أو مؤسسات حكومية أخرى أوأي طرف ثالث.
د . أن تكون المعلومات التي زوَّدتَ بها دوبيستوك دقيقة وحقيقية بما فيها على سبيل المثال- جميع معلومات بطاقة الائتمان.
هـ. أن لا تقوم بسلوك أو تصرف من شأنه أن يشكل مخالفة لأي بند أو شرط استخدام لموقع دوبيستوك، وأن لا تنتهك أياً من الشروط المطبقة أو التنظيمات المتعلقة باستخدام الموقع أوالدخول اليه، أو القيام بأي نشاط ممنوع من قبل شروط الاستخدام.
و. أن لا تنتهك حقوق دوبيستوك أو أي فريق ثالث (وبما يتضمنه من حق السرية والإعلان) ، أو تسيء استعمالاً ، أو تشوه سمعةً، أو تضايق المستخدمين الآخرين باستمرار أو تزعجهم.
ز . أن توافق على ابقاء جميع كلمات السر المتعلقة بحسابك على دوبيستوك في سرية تامة، و ألا تكشف أو تشارك في كشف أي كلمة سر أو معلومات تسجيل الدخول لأي مستخدم آخر أو لأي طرف ثالث بخلاف ما هو منصوص عليه في هذه الوثيقة.
- في حال الإخلال بأي مادة من هذا البند يحق لنا:
1 – إنهاء هذه الاتفاقية فوراً مع إبلاغك بذلك.
2 – الاحتفاظ بجميع الدفعات المسددة وفقاُ لهذا الاتفاق.
3 – اتخاذ أي تدابير قانونية أو المطالبة بتعويضات.
6 – قيود التعويض :
أ . إلغاء / انتهاء الصلاحية: في حال لم تنتهِ هذه الاتفاقية، ولكن تم إلغاء فترة الاشتراك أو انتهاء صلاحيته؛ فبإمكانك الاستمرار باستخدام الصور التي قمت بتحميلها ابتداء من تاريخ الإلغاء أوانتهاء الصلاحية، شرط أن يتوافق هذا الاستخدام مع الاتفاقية أو مع أية اتفاقيات أخرى ذات صلة .
ب . لا أضرار مادية : لن تكون دوبيستوك تحت أي ظرف من الظروف مسؤولة تجاهك عن أية أضرار قد تتعرض لها بما في ذلك أية أرباح أو إيرادات مفقودة أو مدخرات ضائعة، أو غيرها من أضرار خاصة أوعرضية أوتبعية ناشئة عن استخدام أو عدم القدرة على استخدام الصورة (الصور) ، حتى لو تم إعلام دوبيستوك أو الموزع المعتمد من قبلها بإمكانية حدوث مثل هذه الاضرار، أو أي ادعاء من قبل أي طرف آخر. بعض الدول لا تسمح بالقيود أو استبعاد المسؤولية عن الأضرار العرضية أو التبعية، ولذلك قد لا ينطبق القيد أو الاستثناء أعلاه عليك.
7 – الدفاع والتعويض
أنت توافق هنا على الدفاع، وكذلك التعويض عن الضرر، لدوبيستوك ومشتركيها ووكلائها وموظفيها ومزودي خدمات ومعلومات الطرف الثالث، والمساهمين فيها ضد أي ادعاء أو أذى، أو أي مسؤولية قانونية، ومن جميع المطالبات والالتزامات والتكاليف والخسائر والأضرار أوالنفقات بما فيها أتعاب ونفقات المحاماة الناتجة عن خرق التعليمات أعلاه بسبب سلوك خاطئ في أدائك، أو سوء استخدامك، أو عدم قدرتك على استخدام موقع دوبيستوك، أو خرقك أو ادعاء الخرق لتعليمات الاستخدام أو أي تمثيل أو ضمانة تم ذكرها هنا. أوبسبب استخدامك غير المرخص للصور أوالاعتداء على أي حق من الحقوق المحفوظة أو المصانة.
8 – الاستعمال
تحتفظ دوبيستوك بحق تغيير وتعديل أسعار أي خطة اشتراك أو أرصدة وأحجام التحميل دون إعلامك مسبقاً، ومع ذلك فإن دوبيستوك تسعى دائماً لإبلاغك بأي تغيرات وشيكة على الأسعار.
أ . خطط الاشتراك
1 . لا يمكن ترقية خطط الاشتراك ولا تخفيضها بعد تحميل أول صورة.
2 . لن يكون هناك تمديد لفترة الاشتراك إذا فشلت في تحميل أي صورة بسبب مشاكل الاتصال بالإنترنت، ولكن دوبيستوك سوف تعوض بالكامل عن " الأيام الضائعة " فقط في حال تعذر الوصول الى خادم محرك بحث دوبيستوك في جميع أنحاء العالم (توقف النظام) لفترة ثماني ساعات أو أكثر.
3 . لن تكون الصور التي سبق شراء ترخيصها متوفرة للتحميل بعد انتهاء فترة الاشتراك.
ب . خطط الرصيد
1. خطط الرصيد المشتراة لا يمكن تخفيضها لكن يمكن رفعها.
2 . فترة انتهاء الرصيد المشترى هي سنة ميلادية من تاريخ الشراء.
3 . ستكون تحميلات الصور لخطط الرصيد متاحة لمدة اثني عشر شهراً من تاريخ أول تحميل.
9 – السلطة القضائية
تشكل مجمل البنود السابقة واللاحقة هنا مجمل الاتفاق بينك وبين دوبيستوك، وهذه الاتفاقية محكومة بالقوانين وستطبق أو تفسر بما ينسجم مع قوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة ومحاكم دبي . أنت، بموجب هذا البند، موافق على السلطة القضائية لمحاكم دبي . وكل الأفعال السلبية والخلافات والنزاعات التي تنشأ عن هذه الاتفاقية أو ما يتعلق بها سوف تسمع قضائياً وتحدد حصراً أمام محاكم دبي، وليس في أي مكان آخر.
أنت موافق أن خدمة الدعوى القضائية في أي خلاف أو شجار أو نزاع يتعلق بتعليمات الاستخدام يمكن أن تظهر بإرسال رسالة الكترونية أو ما شابه حول ذلك الموضوع، وتكون هذه الرسالة مسجلة أو مصادق عليها، وأجور الإرسال تكون مدفوعة إلى الفريق الآخر. وفي هذا الموضوع لاشيء سوف يؤثر على مجريات الدعوى القضائية بأي أسلوب أو طريقة مرخصة بالقانون. هذه الاتفاقية يجب ألا تفسر لصالح أو ضد أي من الفريقين ولكنها منسجمة مع الأسلوب المتفق عليه بخصوص هذا الموضوع.
عند بطلان أو إلغاء أي بند من هذه الاتفاقية لأي سبب كان، فإن هذا لا يؤثر على أي بند آخر أو على سريان مفعول باقي البنود، وسيتم تفسير ما تبقى من هذا الاتفاق لإعطاء أقرب نتيجة لأهداف الأطراف. ولا يعتبر فشل دوبيستوك بتنفيذ أحد بنود هذا الاتفاق وثيقة إعفاء لتنفيذ هذا البند مستقبلاً أو تنفيذ أي بند آخر. ويخضع تفسير وتنفيذ هذه الاتفاقية وفقاً لبنود المعاهدات الدولية والقوانين الأخرى المعمول بها.
10 – الرسوم القانونية :
عند لجوء دوبيستوك إلى القضاء لتثبيت أحد حقوقها أو لتحصيل أية رسوم ونجاحها في ذلك، فإنك موافق على تسديد ما أنفقته دوبيستوك من رسوم قانونية وتكاليف ومصاريف.
11 – الإحالة:
لا يجوز لك تحويل أو نقل الحقوق الممنوحة لك في هذه الاتفاقية لأي شخص آخر دون موافقة خطية مسبقة من قبلنا.
12 – تقييد أوإنهاء الاستخدام
دوبيستوك يمكن أن يحدد، أو يقيد، أو حتى ينهي صلاحياتك بالدخول إلى كامل الموقع أو المحتويات أو إلى جزء منهما، في أي وقت يرى فيه ضرورة هذا الإجراء، ومن غير قيد، وبدون إنذار مسبق، أو مديونية لك.
13 – سياسة الخصوصية

14 – الالتزام الكامل بالاتفاقية:
أنت تقر بأنك قرأت هذه الاتفاقية وفهمتها وتوافق على الالتزام ببنودها وشروطها. كما أنك توافق على كامل هذه البنود على أنها الاتفاق الوحيد والحصري بينك وبين دوبيستوك، والذي يبطل أي اقتراح أو اتفاق سابق سواء كان شفهياً أو كتابياً وأي مراسلات أخرى بينك وبين دوبيستوك له علاقة بموضوع هذه الاتفاقية. وأن تفسيرات الأسئلة المتكررة و التفسيرات الأخرى والمحتوى المقدم في محرك بحث موقع دوبيستوك هو لمعلوماتك فقط، ويجب ألاّ يفسر على أنه جزء من هذه الاتفاقية .
كتبت هذه الاتفاقية في الأصل باللغة العربية وترجمت فيما بعد إلى لغات أخرى. ولا يمكن ضمان دقة الترجمات اللاحقة. وفي حال حدوث تضارب بين النسخة الإنكليزية ونسخة بلغة أخرى فإن النسخة العربية لها الأولوية .
